I got some slack about saving old photos and I thought it might be a good idea to clean out my computer. I thought it would be an easy thing to do, just open up my "file" and just start deleting pics. Of course, I don't know where that file is, nor did I know that there were dozens of these files. I will say that in searching the computer to find pics I found photos that I didn't even know I had in there. Like finding pens or change under the cushion of the couch. Some photos were pleasant surprises, while others needed to be deleted on sight.
In my rush to delete things I also found some video files. I wish they were THAT kind but alas, they weren't. I do have those videos, but they aren't getting deleted. I am surprised that I labeled them so creatively. How am I supposed to remember a video called, "Alone in Yellowstone!" That one actually got deleted.
Sadly, the videos weren't all so easily deleted. I found some videos of my dog, Pablo. Those are pretty hard to watch. I actually have one video with Steve in it too, but he's a cat and they're not hard to miss.
Pablo is chasing a frisbee in one video and there is another where he is sitting next to me on the couch while I am writing. Those are good videos. I have them saved as "taking a P" and "P on the couch." Steve's video is simply called, "Steve" which makes it easy.
I think I should go ahead and put dogs in that whole "bed" category.
I also found a few pretty decent videos of my show. Other than the jaw line, I'm pretty sure there is nothing in those videos I want back. One of the shows was filmed in Montreal and I was wearing a suit. I loved that suit. But wearing a suit requires under garments and again, not feeling it.
I found videos of shows from towns that I had forgotten I had performed in. I was in Tampa? That was shocking.
Eh. Well. The bulk of the nudes are gone. I should have just sent them back to the people who sent them to me so they can relive the moments. Of course, I'm sure they still have copies.
